Buccellati Opening Its First Hong Kong Store

16th June 2018RCI Global Services’ client Buccellati, one of the most prestigious luxury jewelry and watch brands in Italy, is advancing their expansion in the Asia-Pacific region by opening its new store in Harbour City, Hong Kong on 15th June 2018. RCI was there to assist an impeccable POS system roll-out on this delightful opening day.

 

RCI Global Services and its partner Venistar in Italy, launched Retail Pro – Point-of-Sales (POS) system into the first Buccellati boutique in Hong Kong; As RCI had previously done for its stores in Beijing, Shanghai and Macau. This system executes payment transactions, stock taking, gives out daily sales report, stores customer information…etc. Besides software, RCI had also set up the hardware to complete the whole in-store ecosystem. Before the opening day, RCI provided user training to all staff about system operation and catered on-site support. All to make sure Buccellati would have a fail-proof system to aid its business transaction.

 

RCI Global Services has been gaining exceptional confidence from worldwide luxury jewelry and clothing brands, like Mikimoto, Damiani, Gucci, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta…etc. As their stakes are higher, brands at times would be reluctant to expand their businesses to the online world. Buccellati aims to establish 88 stores in the three to five-year time, to build an extensive distribution network globally, in which 18 stores will be in China. As China has become the world’s second largest jewelry consumer market in 2015, nearly chasing up to the US, according to Gems & Jewelry Trade Association of China. Buccellati is expecting a tenfold rise in revenue over the upcoming five years. RCI Global Services will be taking care of all the system installation in the China stores.
