Lancôme is a brand that belongs to the group L’Oréal.


The challenge was to implement OMS Pro, RCI’s OMS solution, in Australia for three brands at the same time. Thus, RCI has to build a shared solution for these three brands. Last but not least, the integration had to be done with L’Oreal Korea complex IT ecosystem.


Integrate OMS Pro with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Country specifics taken into account for local needs in the Australian market.


The OMS was fully integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP, CRM and Aupost. It can also manage different brands as Kiehl’s, Clarisonic, YSL and Giorgio Armani. It became the platform for L’Oreal Australia.
